General Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV)
Premises
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (for the sake of brevity also GCS) regulate the purchase, through telematic methods, of the services presented on the site https://app.pagestsoftware.com managed by Hair Lab by Laura Sagl based in Via Indipendenza 49 Novazzano (Novazzano).
These General Terms and Conditions form an integral and essential part of the contract for the purchase of any of the services on the site.
Sending an order implies the client's acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale in force.
Hair Lab by Laura Sagl reserves the right to revise these CGV at any time without prior notice.
How to purchase online:
The customer selects the service he/she wishes to purchase, indicates the quantity, indicates the day and time of the reservation and proceeds to follow the payment instructions if he/she chooses to pay in advance or if the chosen salon does not offer any other option.
When purchasing or reserving a service, the customer will receive a confirmation email with details of the day and time chosen to use the service.
The prices published on the site include VAT.
Hair Lab by Laura Sagl reserves the right to change the prices shown on the site at any time and without prior notice.
The data provided for the booking and purchase of services shall be processed in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data and shall be used solely and exclusively for the purpose of providing the service booked and possibly already paid for, as well as for the related legal obligations as set out by law informativa sul trattamento dei dati personali visionabile sul sito.
When booking the service, the customer shall receive confirmation of the chosen date and time by sending an e-mail to the e-mail account entered during the booking process.
Payment:
If the chosen hairdresser indicates prepayment of the booked service as the only option, payment will be made via stripe and paypal.

Responsibility:
The hairdresser shall not be liable if the booked service cannot be provided if the client is late for the appointment or if the client fails to attend the appointment for any reason whatsoever.
Any refunds for services that have been booked and paid for but not used shall be agreed upon directly with the hairdresser.
Applicable law and competent court
For matters not expressly provided for in these CGV, Italian law shall apply.
